How much do appointments cost?
The initial consultation is $99, in-office or by telehealth. Rates for other appointments and services vary; check the online scheduler or call the practice to confirm current pricing.

What services do you offer?
Services include medical weight management, bioidentical hormone therapy, hormone balancing, rheumatology and arthritis care, PRP, peptide therapy, vitamin support, and diagnostic lab testing. See the services page for more details.
What laboratory services are available?
Labcorp testing is available. Your provider can discuss which tests may be appropriate for your evaluation and care.
How much do labs cost, and when are results ready?
Testing costs and result timing depend on the specific test. Eligible Labcorp testing may be billed to insurance. Confirm costs and timing before testing.
Do you offer vitamin injections?
The practice lists Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Lipomino, Tri-Immune, and NAD+ options. Ask your provider whether a particular option is available and appropriate for you.

Do you accept insurance?
NeXtGen Medical is a private-pay clinic and does not accept insurance for services or treatments. Eligible Labcorp testing may be billed to insurance.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do I have to start treatment after my consultation?

Monday: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Tuesday: By appointment only. Wednesday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Closed.
