Clinical experience
Claudia Moulden, ANP-C, MSN
Claudia Moulden, ANP-C, MSN, is the founder and lead provider of NeXtGen Medical LLC. She is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with three nursing degrees and a strong commitment to personalized, evidence-based care.
She began her career in neurology, helping establish the first stroke center in Niagara County, New York. That work built a foundation in complex care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient advocacy.
Claudia later moved into rheumatology, where she has practiced for more than 13 years. She has extensive experience caring for people with chronic and complex conditions, including arthritis and autoimmune disorders. Her approach emphasizes long-term management, patient education, and quality of life.
At NeXtGen Medical, she continues to provide rheumatology care while expanding her clinical focus to bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, arthritis treatments, peptide therapy, and customized wellness plans. She has several years of experience in hormonal health and completed The Hormonal Health Institute’s comprehensive hormone therapy education and certification program, along with additional peptide therapy training.
Claudia believes in working collaboratively: listening, educating, and tailoring care plans to each person’s needs and goals. Patients are welcomed into a thoughtful clinical environment where they can discuss their options.
Beyond the clinic
Outside the clinic, Claudia enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and furbabies. She especially cherishes movie nights when the kids come over—a simple tradition that keeps family at the center of her life.
