Claudia Moulden, ANP-C, MSN, is the founder and lead provider of NeXtGen Medical LLC. She is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with three degrees in nursing and a strong commitment to delivering personalized, evidence-based care.

Claudia started her career in neurology, where she helped establish the first stroke center in Niagara County, New York. This early experience built a strong foundation in complex care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient advocacy.

She later transitioned into Rheumatology, where she has practiced for over a decade, gaining extensive experience managing chronic and complex conditions such as arthritis and autoimmune disorders. Her years in rheumatology shaped her comprehensive approach to care, emphasizing long-term management, patient education, and quality of life.

After opening NeXtGen Medical LLC, Claudia expanded her clinical focus to include anti-aging and wellness-based treatments, allowing her to support patients beyond disease management. She is training-certified by The Hormonal Health Institute, having completed their comprehensive hormone therapy education and certification program.

Her services include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, arthritis treatments, and customized wellness plans, while she continues to provide rheumatology care within the practice.

Claudia believes in a collaborative approach to healthcare, taking the time to listen, educate, and tailor treatment plans to each individual’s needs and goals. Patients can expect thoughtful, attentive care in a welcoming clinical environment.

Outside of the clinic, Claudia enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and furbabies. She especially cherishes movie nights when the kids come over, a simple tradition that keeps family at the center of her life.
